Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA’s 2026 annual general meeting will be held on Wednesday 24 June 2026 at 12:00 CEST at the offices of Advokatfirmaet Arntzen AS, Ruseløkkveien 30, 9th floor, 0251 Oslo.

Shareholders who wish to attend the meeting must register no later than 16:00 CEST on 22 June 2026. Registration may be made electronically through VPS Investor Services here.

Shareholders who wish to participate electronically must also send an email to ohe@arntzen.no within the same deadline to receive a participation link.
