Efua Olleveant has spent more than 25 years in senior executive roles in the international oil and gas industry, on both the operator and services sides. As Director at VINCI Energies, part of the CAC 40 VINCI Group, she held P&L accountability across multiple markets in Africa, the Americas, Europe, and Asia, having earlier led the group’s entry into several of those markets and built service lines that remain established businesses today. As country head for Ghana at a London-listed independent, she served on its regional executive leadership team and led the business end to end, from farm-out through an offshore drilling campaign. She managed the company’s government relationships across West Africa, leading block negotiations and senior-level discussions in support of its acquisitions and operations.

Mrs. Olleveant is currently Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Avantex Energy Group, an energy and industrial group active in offshore technical services, asset integrity, energy M&A, and upstream exploration across the US, Europe, and West Africa. She serves on the Advisory Board of Senergetics, an AI-driven technology company, and is a co-owner and longstanding board member of Villa Monticello, an award-winning boutique hotel in Accra.

She holds a B.A. in Chemistry from Columbia University and completed executive education at INSEAD and ESCP Business School, including an MBA.
