Hans-Roger Jensen is Vice President of Engineering and Development at EMGS Global AS. He brings more than three decades of advanced technology experience to the leadership team, including over 20 years of dedicated service with EMGS.

He oversees the research and development of Controlled Source Electromagnetic (CSEM) source technologies, sensors, vessel mobilization, and offshore launch and recovery systems.

Since joining EMGS in 2004, he has played a central role in the company’s technology development. Earlier in his career, he worked with embedded development at Data Respons and seismic node engineering at CGG Subseaco.

He holds a Master of Technology degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), awarded in 1992, and is based in Trondheim.
