Patrick L. Riggs is an experienced corporate finance executive, investor, and international business strategist with more than 25 years of expertise in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate restructuring, and cross-border business operations. As Chairman, he brings extensive leadership experience in strategic growth initiatives, international transactions, operational scaling, and complex financial structuring.

Patrick is the President and CEO of P2-Riggs Capital, Inc. and founder of P2 Capital Holdings and Riggs Capital, where he has advised small and mid-sized companies on financing strategies, corporate structuring, acquisitions, and long-term growth initiatives. Throughout his career, he has participated as both principal investor and advisor in numerous U.S. and international M&A transactions, buyouts, and reverse-merger public company transactions.

With a strong background in investment banking and corporate finance, Patrick has worked closely with private equity groups, institutional investors, commercial banks, and non-bank credit providers. His experience includes structuring and executing transactions across multiple industries, including energy, renewable energy, oilfield equipment, industrial services, logistics, medical products, and international trade.

Born in Italy and of Greek-European heritage, Patrick brings a global perspective to leadership and business development. He has conducted business throughout North America, Europe, and Asia, building strategic partnerships and managing international commercial relationships across a wide range of markets and industries.

Patrick attended the University of North Dakota and later completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School focused on Business Analytics, Economics, and Financial Accounting. His leadership style combines practical execution, strategic vision, and disciplined financial management to support sustainable long-term growth and operational excellence.
